Customer Feedback and Satisfaction Programme
Bumi Armada Berhad adopts a Customer Satisfaction Management programme which ensures (through questionnaires and feedback) that we regularly measure and improve our management systems and quality performance on all projects and throughout all our business groups. Bumi Armada Berhad has received good feedback from our customer satisfaction programme, with average satisfaction ratings exceeding 75%. Where we have gaps in our management systems we ensure these are promptly followed up and closed out.
Quality Training and Awareness Programme
Each year Bumi Armada Berhad develops and implements a Training and Awareness programme for all levels of staff. The Quality group facilitates training and awareness workshops on the concepts of Quality Management covering topics such as ISO 9001, Operational Excellence, Auditing, Lessons Learned, Continuous Improvement and Non-Conformance Reporting. The benefits of these workshops is evident in the increased personnel awareness of Quality as a key driver for company continuous improvement.
